WoodMaxx equipment ships throughout the lower 48 contiguous United States for a flat rate of $249, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Because our equipment is oversized and palletized, orders ship by LTL motor freight.
WoodMaxx works with national freight carriers including Old Dominion, ABF Freight, and R+L Carriers. Your carrier is selected based on your location, machine, and available service and will be confirmed once your order ships.
Standard delivery includes both residential and business addresses. If residential, all deliveries are curbside via a full-size 53′ enclosed tractor-trailer. Drivers will deliver from the roadway or another safe, accessible location and will not pull into or back up or down your driveway.
All deliveries include a call-ahead appointment and are typically made Monday–Friday. Someone must be present to accept and sign for the shipment.
If a full-size tractor-trailer cannot safely access your location, please contact WoodMaxx before your order ships.

Customers are responsible for unloading unless liftgate service is purchased. Without a liftgate, you must have suitable equipment available, such as a forklift, tractor, skid steer, or loader.
Please notify WoodMaxx in advance of dead-end roads, narrow or gravel roads, limited turnaround space, or other access restrictions. Additional carrier charges resulting from undisclosed restrictions or changes after shipment—including redelivery, storage, address changes, or special delivery services—are the customer’s responsibility.
WoodMaxx will not be responsible for any additional charges required to deliver the freight. This includes, but is not limited to, adding liftgate service, changing the shipping address, and storage fees due to unavailability. Once the shipment leaves our facility, we have very limited recourse, and you will be charged any additional fees from the freight company.
Terminal pickup may be available as an alternative to residential delivery. WoodMaxx can help locate the terminal servicing your area, but availability and distance vary by carrier.
Customers must have a vehicle or trailer capable of safely transporting the machine.
Pickup is also available at our Akron, NY facility. Please contact us before arriving to confirm your order is ready. Applicable local sales tax will apply.
Inspect your machine before signing for delivery.
If there is significant damage, refuse the shipment and contact WoodMaxx immediately. For minor damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and take photos whenever possible.
Minor scratches, scuffs, or powder-coat imperfections can occasionally occur during freight transportation. In these cases, we generally recommend accepting the shipment and contacting WoodMaxx so we can assist with touch-up paint, replacement parts, or another appropriate solution.
