At WoodMaxx, we are committed to providing transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Currently, we do not charge sales tax on purchases unless required by law.

EXCLUSION – NEW YORK STATE

WoodMaxx is required to collect sales tax on orders shipping to New York State. If your shipping address is within NY, applicable state and local sales tax will be calculated at checkout.

WHY WE DON’T CHARGE SALES TAX ELSEWHERE

As a growing company, we are not yet required to collect sales tax in other states. Tax laws vary, and businesses must reach a certain sales threshold (nexus) before being required to collect sales tax in a particular state. At this time, we have not met that threshold outside of NY and therefore do not collect sales tax elsewhere.
